Arthur Avenue, The Bronx ![]()
Belmont is a neighborhood in The Bronx that was the first home to tens of thousands of Italian immigrants and has maintained its unique flavor for almost one hundred years. Arthur Avenue is the neighborhood's commercial hub, with great restaurants, and stores with Italian food and other products, many of them mom-and-pop places that have been there for decades. Easy to get to -- just hop on the Bx12 bus at Broadway and Isham Street.
