Funded by the New York State Department of Health's AIDS Institute, Project STAY provides comprehensive medical and psychosocial services to high-risk and HIV-positive youth between the ages of 12 and 24. For example, services include screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections and HIV counseling and testing. For those youth who are HIV-positive, sensitive, developmentally appropriate medical and psychosocial care is available. Project STAY is housed in the same clinical facility as the Community Health and Education Program's Family Planning and Young Men's Clinic.

Provides primary health care and reproductive health services to young men ages 12 to 29 years old. The clinic also provides STI and HIV testing and treatment. Young men can learn about birth control methods and male involvement in pregnancy planning and prevention. Free condoms are provided. The cost if free if the patient is under 19 years old and no more than $20 if the patient is 19-29 years old. Provides services regardless of insurance status. Short-term mental health counseling is also provided. The staff is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Registration occurs on Mondays at 4:30 p.m., Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m. and Fridays at 12:30 p.m. Patients can come to the clinic on a walk-in basis; no appointment is needed.
