Morris-Jumel Mansion seeks volunteers to teach school programs for the upcoming school year. Their growing education department needs experienced teachers to teach K-12 field trips. School programs focus on American history, the Revolutionary War, architecture, colonial lifestyles, and neighborhood history. They are especially interested in retired school teachers and those with experience and interest in working with children. Contribute to your community and the youth of our city by helping to make American history come alive through this important historic site. Call Education Director Loren Silber at 212-923-8008.
