PDA-Friendly Events Calendar

You can download the Events Calendar to your PDA! If your PDA has a live web browser, simply link to this URL.

An alternative way to download the calendar is to create a personal channel on AvantGo. If you subscribe to the FREE AvantGo service, you can subscribe to the Events Calendar.

Step 1: Log in to your AvantGo account (or get one if you don’t have one — it’s FREE).

Step 2: Click on the “My Account” tab.

Step 3: Click on “Create a Personal Channel.”

Step 4: Set up the channel with the following configuration:

Title = WaHI Events Calendar
Location = Right-click here, copy URL, and paste into the location field.
Maximum Channel Size = 600 KB (enough for about one month's worth of events)
Link Depth = 1
Include Images = Yes
Follow Off-Site Links = No
Refresh This Channel = On every sync

When you save the configuration, the custom channel will be added to your PDA during the next synchronization. Every time you synchronize your PDA, the most up-to-date calendar will be downloaded.
